Education & media platform

A one-person language school with a production line behind it.

An AI-assisted production line turns a script into a finished twenty-minute video lesson — voice, scene artwork, captions, thumbnail and metadata — feeding a paid-membership learning platform with practice tools and automated email.

The problem

Serious educational video normally needs a team: a presenter, an editor, a captioner, a designer, someone handling uploads and metadata. For a single operator, every published lesson costs days — and the platform around it, with memberships, practice tools and learner emails, is a second full-time job.

What the system does

A gated pipeline builds each episode from its script: native-speaker AI narration, one generated scene per story beat, captions aligned to the audio, a programmatically composed and quality-scored thumbnail, and the description, chapters and tags generated alongside. Automated checks refuse to publish anything that fails them, and every episode uploads privately for a human yes before going live. The same system runs the membership side — courses, picture flashcards with spaced repetition, a speaking drill that listens and marks pronunciation — with subscriptions, entitlements and daily learner emails handled automatically.
