Document automation

From meeting notes to a client-ready proposal in minutes.

A document engine that turns deal context into a drafted proposal, streams it into a live editor, and publishes to a private, view-tracked link with PDF.

The problem

Proposals eat evenings. They are assembled from memory and old documents, they go stale the moment they are sent, and nobody knows whether the client ever opened them.

What the system does

The engine snapshots everything known about the deal, drafts a structured proposal in the house style, and streams it into a split-pane editor for human review. One click publishes a private web link with PDF attached; views are tracked (bots filtered) and surface back into the deal timeline.
